Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Training and Development Coordinator to provide comprehensive development and training services to our Energy business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver local training activities to support the progress of various training programs.
  • Analyse corporate and individual training needs to identify skills gaps and update training databases.
  • Manage CITB grant claims and compile training plans to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Organize and log PFADR and job chat activities to maintain a record of employee development.
  • Produce reports and data for business unit and central Learning and Development to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Good standard of education (GCSE level or equivalent, NVQ level 2).
  • Previous training coordination experience is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and database management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground.
