Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Old Farm House Residential Home in Canterbury. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing activities that enhance the lives of our Residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our Residents
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and activities that support the Home's goals
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in occupational therapy and activity planning
Requirements:
- Experience working with older adults in a care home setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
