Job Overview:
This newly established role is essential for the expansion of the Finance department in response to business growth.

The individual in this position will oversee all financial obligations for several clients, including a major energy and services firm that is currently undergoing a substantial transformation initiative.

This role involves providing financial business partnership support, along with reporting and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders; additionally, the individual will assist the Account Management team in delivering the contracted services for these clients.

The position necessitates occasional on-site presence at designated locations, with a hybrid work model allowing for remote work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client information for internal and external reporting, which includes:
  • Fee calculations and client statement generation
  • Development of all necessary supporting reports and data
  • Weekly reporting obligations
  • Additional ad hoc analyses as required
  • Compilation of all monthly management accounts related to these clients
  • Creation of commercial models for forecasting and annual planning
  • Scenario modeling and cost analysis for contract renewals and expansions
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams and Senior Leadership to ensure service delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client contracts
  • Work closely with Account Managers to track all activities and ensure all billable work is recognized and invoiced
  • Identify opportunities to enhance profitability
  • Participate in contract review meetings as necessary
  • Support quarterly and year-end external audits, as well as internal control audits
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified CIMA/ACCA with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in a dynamic finance department in a client-centric role
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial professionals
  • Organized and adaptable approach to work, thriving under pressure
  • Proficient in Excel
