Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate construction projects, including scheduling, costings, and budgeting.
  • Oversee the buying of materials and equipment, and manage staff for the project.
  • Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising labor forces, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring quality control.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks and monitoring progress.
  • Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to inform them of project progress.
  • Deal with unexpected problems that may arise during the project.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Construction Lead or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Hands-on experience with construction projects, including planning, coordination, and management.
