As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with managing financial plans, monitoring expenditures, and fostering robust relationships with suppliers and subcontractors on-site. You will engage in commercial and retail projects for renowned brands, ensuring each project's successful execution.
We seek a candidate with a proven history in the commercial oversight of Interior Fit Out projects. A Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification is essential, along with a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Establishing project financial plans and ensuring precise cost documentation
- Evaluating contract stipulations and agreements
- Sourcing subcontractor packages
