Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of natural stone projects, from initial tendering to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial aspects of natural stone projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to site teams.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of project data, including financial information, progress reports, and correspondence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the natural stone industry.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
