Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Jarrow, South Tyneside. As a Support Worker, you will provide personal, practical, emotional, and social support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful personal care and administer medication
  • Encourage residents to engage in social activities within and outside the home
  • Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Work flexibly on a rota, including evenings and weekends
