About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the provision of legal services to our historic places and ensuring that our legal team retains its reputation for proactive, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the legal team to provide expert advice on various areas of law
  • Work closely with the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary and the Head of Legal (English Heritage)
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the legal team's reputation and expertise
  • Manage and mentor a team of lawyers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality legal advice

  • Line management experience
  • Expertise in various areas of law
  • Strong leadership and management skills
