Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Medical Insurance Adviser to join our team at Howden Group. As a Private Medical Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on health insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs and quickly and effectively deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice to customers on Health Insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
- Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth.
- Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
- Through building effective relationships, ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.
Requirements:
- 2 years + experience of working in a fast-paced, targeted sales environment, ideally within insurance or Private Medical Insurance brokerage.
- Paid for qualifications - £1,000 gross annual salary increase when you have completed your Cert CII Qualification.
- Follow up leads from high-quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.
