About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team at Howden Group. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on Health Insurance products, balancing customer service with the drive to hit sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up leads from high-quality sources such as Compare the Market and Money Supermarket.
- Assess client's needs and quickly and effectively deliver insurance solutions in line with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver on agreed sales targets and maximise opportunities for future business growth.
- Ensure all clients receive the most appropriate advice and service.
- Through building effective relationships, ensure clients receive the best value from their cover and identify additional beneficial products.
What We Offer
Hybrid working – option to work from home 3 days per week.
Full and Part time opportunities available (22-39 hrs, to be discussed as part of application).
