About the TeamThe Customer Fulfilment (CF) team at Amazon is vital to the company's success. Originating from a small group of book enthusiasts, the CF team now processes over 1.5 million orders each day. Their efforts have been instrumental in Amazon's global growth and service diversification.
The CF team operates from Fulfilment Centres, which are the heart of Amazon's fast-paced Operations network. Known as the 'First Mile,' these centres manage inventory dynamically and facilitate swift deliveries around the clock. With a focus on leveraging innovative technology, the team continuously strives to enhance product offerings for rapid and cost-effective delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in people management
- Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, including peers and leadership
