About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for leading our operations team, developing and implementing business strategies, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality operations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary up to £65,000, dependent on relevant experience, as well as a bonus scheme, 50% discount across all sites, company pension scheme, and employee assistance program.
