Operations Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to join our dynamic team at HR-CL Limited. As the Operations Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of our hospitality group, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our four impressive Hotel/Restaurant venues in the West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify areas for profitable business growth and develop strategic plans to ensure the business remains competitive, efficient, and profitable.
- Manage and develop a senior management team, ensuring they are trained to deliver high-quality service to customers.
- Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders, including the Owner, Finance Director, Executive Chef, and site managers, to review operational functions and ensure the business is running smoothly.
- Oversee the day-to-day financial management of the business, working closely with the Finance Director to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Be the main point of contact for stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with key partners.
- Evaluate company performance across all venues and provide regular updates to the owner using a dashboard based on agreed business KPIs.
- Experience in a similar management role, with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing and sales principles.
- Strong financial background, with experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and managing finances.
- Excellent operational understanding of Environmental Health and Food Safety standards.
- Expertise in managing vendor and partner relationships, contracts, and the procurement process.
- Knowledge of industry legal rules, guidelines, and business principles.
- Demonstrate initiative and drive the business forward both operationally and financially to achieve targets.
- Starting salary of up to £60,000, based on experience.
- Strong bonus structure in place.
