Job Description

TPF Recruitment has partnered with a top 30 chartered accountancy firm to fill a Management Accountant position in their central finance team. This exciting opportunity offers flexible hybrid working arrangements between the office and home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Oversee and review the production of monthly financial reports for accountancy practice subsidiaries.
  • Complex Subsidiaries: Prepare financial reports for more complex subsidiaries within the organization.
  • Cash Flow Management: Authorize payments and monitor cash flow at a subsidiary level.
  • Team Support: Provide support to and assist in the development of finance administrators within the team.
  • Reporting to Head of Finance: The role involves reporting directly to the head of finance, indicating a significant level of responsibility and accountability.

Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with 1-3 years post-qualification experience preferably in an accountancy practice. Qualified by experience candidates will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and manage workload, and proficient in Xero and Excel.
  • Reliable and capable individual with a passion for detail who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
  • Efficient and personable communicator who can build and manage relationships.
  • Confident in dealing with varied financial queries from a range of stakeholders across the business.

  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexible, hybrid working
