Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the efficient operation of a bustling office, encompassing a variety of administrative responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Welcome and assist visitors to the office.
  • Support various projects as needed.
  • Manage office facilities, addressing maintenance concerns, health and safety protocols, and security measures.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process.
  • Supervise all office technology, including telecommunication systems.
  • Prepare general reports as required.

Essential Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in office administration or a comparable role, ideally within a high-energy setting, is crucial.


Required Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage confidently across all organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Robust administrative skills and experience.
  • Experience in managing personnel is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.


Compensation:

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
