Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team at West London NHS Trust. As an Educational Mental Health Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their educational needs, helping them to achieve competence and qualifications relevant to their abilities.

Main Responsibilities

Key duties of the role include:

  • Supporting patients in accessing educational opportunities, at different levels, to achieve competence and qualifications relevant to them and their abilities.
  • Demonstrating a flexible and inclusive approach when offering educational support to patients, who can have extreme mental health presentations and/or be in very restricted circumstances.
  • Being flexible with regard to the needs of the patients and the organisation.
