We are seeking an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Thurrock, providing psychological leadership and therapeutic interventions within the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental State (ARMS) services.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based therapies to support individuals experiencing psychosis or at risk of psychosis
- Provide psychological leadership and development within EiP/ARMS services
- Supervise and manage team members to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and enhance service outcomes

Requirements:
- Highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Clinical/Counselling Psychologist with a passion for supporting individuals with psychosis and bipolar disorders
- Experience in delivering evidence-based therapies and providing psychological leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the ongoing development of psychological services
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £35.00 per hour
- A full-time, 37.5 hours per week contract
