Senior CBT Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CBT Therapist/Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at Inclusion Thurrock Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Services.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in working with patients with psychosis and bipolar disorder, as well as experience in supervising clinicians.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide NICE-compliant therapeutic services to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and maintain high professional levels of clinical judgment and application of complex skills.
- Work collaboratively with the Inclusion Thurrock Senior Leadership Team to report on outcomes of EiP and ARMS services.

Person Specification:- Substantial experience working with patients with psychosis and bipolar disorder.
- Relevant experience suitable for a senior post, including supervising clinicians.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for previous criminal convictions.
