Job Summary
Senior CBT Therapist for Psychosis & Bipolar/ Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist
This is a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract position responsible for providing talking therapies within Inclusion Thurrock's Early Intervention in Psychosis (EiP) and At Risk Mental States (ARMS) Services.
The post holder will be a member of the Inclusion Thurrock Senior Leadership Team and will report on outcomes of EiP and ARMS to the wider team. The role will have a clinical, supervisory, and managerial function.
This position attracts a welcome bonus of 10% of salary at start date and 10% after 1 year in service.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide a NICE-compliant therapeutic service to patients with a wide range of mental health problems, including psychosis and bipolar disorder.
- Be accountable to the East of England Systems Lead for the provision of services described in the job description of staff within the service.
- Provide input to relevant MDTs, attend team meetings, and contribute to the team's processes and functions.
- Provide expertise, advice, and support to facilitate the effective and appropriate provision of psychological care by all members of the treatment team.
