Job Summary

Progresso Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, design, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project documentation, including project reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering high-end residential construction projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • MCIOB or equivalent qualification.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of construction costs and project finance.
