About the Role: We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Health and Safety/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding our Health and Safety (H&S) management protocols, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, and fostering a secure workplace.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Health & Safety Management System, including documentation oversight.
  • Draft risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct DSE and environmental risk evaluations.
  • Investigate and assess accidents, incidents, and near-miss occurrences.
  • Organize, execute, and document inspections and monitoring of operational equipment in line with current legislation.
  • Administer the contractor evaluation process, including on-site contractor oversight, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Maintain records related to HSSE audits, incidents, near misses, and working hours.
  • Generate monthly HSSE reports.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of safety alerts and toolbox discussions.
  • Manage procurement of PPE and first aid supplies across the organization.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections.
  • Oversee external health and safety audits.
  • Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure organizational compliance.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience in a similar role or department.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH or other safety-related qualifications (preferred).
  • Prior experience with ISO management systems (preferred).
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and perform effectively under pressure.
