Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Pertemps Worcester. Key Responsibilities:

4. Collaborate with other departments to optimise production workflows and resolve any issues promptly.
5. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required.
6. Conduct regular inspections of the production area to ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing industries.
2. Strong understanding of GMP and experience working in a clean room environment.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Proficiency in using production management software is an advantage.
