Job Title: Senior Marketing Analyst - Structured Finance

Fitch Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Structured Finance team in London. As a key member of our Business Relationship Management (BRM) group, you will play a critical role in driving business development and marketing efforts for our Structured Finance (SF) and Covered Bonds (CVB) market segment franchise across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the EMEA Structured Finance BRM Team in ad hoc requests, including preparing engagement letters, updating contacts databases, and analyzing monthly reporting and KPIs.
  • Regularly liaise with internal teams, such as Accounts and Legal, to assist with open billing queries and contractual changes.
  • Contribute to market research and analysis, monitoring market activity and identifying trends relevant to Fitch Rating's commercial efforts.
  • Support BRM's wider marketing strategy through research and maintaining market share data entry processes.
  • Ensure the SF BRM team meets regulatory requirements by running sanction searches and KYC checks on engaged companies and updating the website with engaged transactions.
  • Act as a backup for sending monthly and intraday newsletters/emails to external contacts and track opens and click-through rates.
  • Support the execution of webinars, videos, or other marketing activities around Fitch's strategic initiatives in collaboration with the marketing and digital teams.
  • Prepare pitch books, quarterly market share slides, and other marketing materials to support the SF BRM team's marketing efforts.
  • Act as a backup to manage the European Structured Finance pipeline and budget, producing monthly and annual management information and reporting for the EMEA region.
Requirements:
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in or exposure to the following asset classes.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of preparing marketing materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong/Advanced Excel skills with demonstrable knowledge of data research and analysis, showing excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and one European foreign language (French or German preferable).
  • Ability to work independently to deadlines within a strategic framework, with supervision and guidance from senior team members.
