Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst Evidence Synthesis to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and quality check high-quality delivery of evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients to time and budget.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise to clients and internally, and demonstrate experience across state-of-the-art methods in evidence synthesis.
- Develop and lead the development of qualitative and/or qualitative analysis plans for evidence synthesis, including network meta-analysis, literature review, statistical analysis, and generate reports fit for client submission.
- Support other project activities as needed, complete internal documentation, and quality-check the work of others.
- Proactively and independently expand knowledge base and remain current on developments, trends, and best practices for subject matter expertise.
- Efficiently manage own workload with respect to project scope, timelines, and quality.
- Manage and ensure maintenance of a positive and productive liaison with internal and external contacts, including regulatory agencies, clients, and related institutions.
