ICON Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Evidence Synthesis Lead. As a key member of our Health Economics and Epidemiology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients.

• Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the delivery of evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Provide Strategic and Technical Expertise: Offer strategic and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging state-of-the-art methods in evidence synthesis, including deterministic and Bayesian network meta-analyses.
• Develop Analytic Plans: Design and develop qualitative and quantitative analysis plans for evidence synthesis, including network meta-analysis, literature review, statistical analysis, and report generation.
• Lead Deliverable Development: Oversee the development of deliverable document outlines and formats, ensuring high-quality and client-ready deliverables.
• Manage Teams and Resources: Efficiently manage own workload, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to meet project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Foster positive and productive relationships with internal and external contacts, including regulatory agencies, clients, and related institutions.
• Support Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including leading smaller BD opportunities and modifying proposals in response to client requests.
• Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, and may have formal line management responsibilities.
