About the Role

ICON Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Evidence Synthesis Lead. As a key member of our Health Economics and Epidemiology team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Projects: Oversee the delivery of evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Provide Strategic and Technical Expertise: Offer strategic and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, leveraging expertise in state-of-the-art methods in evidence synthesis, including deterministic and Bayesian network meta-analyses.
  • Develop Analytic Plans: Design and develop qualitative and quantitative analysis plans for evidence synthesis, including network meta-analysis, literature review, statistical analysis, and report generation.
  • Lead Deliverable Development: Oversee the development of deliverable document outlines and formats, ensuring high-quality and client-ready deliverables.
  • Support Project Activities: Collaborate with project teams, complete internal documentation, and quality-check the work of others.
  • Expand Knowledge Base: Stay current on developments, trends, and best practices in subject matter expertise, proactively expanding your knowledge base.
  • Manage Workload and Liaise with Stakeholders: Efficiently manage your workload, ensuring project scope, timelines, and quality are met, while maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
