Hyperity is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospects through a multi-channel approach.

Your primary objective will be to connect with our ideal customer profile (ICP), schedule, and attend discovery meetings to better understand their goals and challenges in relation to our solution.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales Director, passing along these opportunities once they are qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy to engage with potential clients
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and identify client needs and challenges
  • Build relationships with potential customers and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic prospecting and develop sales skills
  • Report to the Manager on activity and pipeline

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a similar role (SDR/BDR)
  • Competitive, driven individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, clear communicator, ambitious, resilient, and organized
  • Confident at speaking to senior-level persons and ability to think quickly on their feet
  • Self-motivated individual with strong career aspirations and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
