Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on a range of forklifts and associated equipment. You will work independently, with minimal supervision, and be expected to diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on forklifts and associated equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of forklift trucks and associated equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 or equivalent, in a mechanical or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the forklift truck industry
  • Strong mechanical skills, including engine diagnostics and basic electrical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
