Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing call-out support for emergency breakdowns and scheduled service work at customer sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fix, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems incorporating relay PLC logic controlled components.
  • Undertake scheduled service work in accordance with manufacturer's equipment manual.
  • Provide 24hr x 7day emergency on-call service as required.
  • Coordinate and execute service jobs according to SLA.
  • Facilitate coordination of customer service team and liaise with HQ team.
  • Ensure quality of output and comply with Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of field service experience with a strong track record in a similar role.
  • Working experience on automated equipment such as cranes, lifts, and conveyors.
  • Experience with PLC and controls is advantageous.
  • Electrical and electronic principles, blueprint and electrical schematic reading, and knowledge of MMS programs.
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in engineering (electrical or mechanical) and full UK driving license.
