Job Summary
Savills Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our centre operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our shopping centre and providing exceptional customer service to our visitors.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide visible security cover to the Centre, handling enquiries and customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor CCTV footage and control contractors and deliveries to the Centre, ensuring compliance with our centre procedures.
- Undertake regular patrols of the Centre as instructed by the Centre Manager, ensuring the safety and security of our visitors.
- Carry out duties in accordance with instructions issued by the Centre Manager, including responding to emergency situations and incidents.
- Comply fully with the Health & Safety Policy for the centre, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our visitors.
- Ensure that the requirements of the Fire regulations are strictly complied with, and that all incidents are recorded in the Incident Log.
- Provide immediate assistance for any emergency call-outs and incidents, and liaise with the general public and tenants on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure that contractors arriving on site adhere fully to the centre procedures for contractor management, and that the centre is a safe and pleasant environment.
- Assist with enquiries from the public, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a security or customer service capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- High level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information and situations.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
