Staff Nurse-Outpatients Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient Department at The London Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our department.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in our Outpatient Department. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our Outpatient Department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in a surgical specialty, preferably in Gynaecology, ENT, or Colorectal.
- Proven experience in wound management and removal of sutures, clips, and aseptic dressings.
- ILS/BLS certificate and NMC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- A competitive salary range up to £46,236, dependent on skills and experience.
