Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team as a Senior Property Manager. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a diverse portfolio of residential and student properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential and student properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Lettings Management: Take on new properties, conduct valuations, and ensure they are let promptly to quality tenants. You will also be responsible for setting rental prices, marketing properties, and managing the entire letting process from start to finish.
  • Portfolio Growth: Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and work closely with the company director to develop and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Team Management: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the property management team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of property management regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
