Job Summary:

Pertemps Network Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the Real Estate team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, managing diaries, and preparing legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the team, including handling administrative tasks, managing diaries, and preparing legal documents.
  • Assist with financial management duties, such as managing disbursements, monitoring client balances, and handling client-specific billing processes.
  • Prepare and issue monthly client invoices.
  • Manage diaries for fee earners, which involves scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and booking appropriate venues or meeting rooms.
  • Proofread, edit, and format legal documents and reports to ensure they meet the firm's standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
  • Familiarity with case management systems is necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume workload within a busy team environment.
  • Confidence in delegating tasks when appropriate.
