Job Title: Part-time Cook for All Souls Serve The City

We are seeking a part-time cook to join our team at All Souls Serve The City, a charitable incorporated organisation based at All Souls Church. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to seniors as part of our Senior Care ministry.

About the Role

The part-time cook will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and cooking meals for the Wednesday lunch club
  • Assisting with serving meals to seniors
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene and completing necessary documentation
  • Managing food storage and ordering supplies
  • Engaging with seniors during the lunch club and building relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Christian commitment to the evangelical stance and mission of ASSTC and All Souls Church
  • A servant heart and a desire to live a life of Christian integrity
  • Experience in cooking for seniors and in an industrial kitchen
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
