Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Katie Bard (Angela Mortimer Plc). As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing support to our HR Business Partners and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Advise managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Support the HR Business Partners in their role, providing guidance and expertise as needed
  • Assist with HR training and development programs, including workshops and coaching
  • Manage the long-term sickness process, ensuring timely and effective support for employees
  • Support with performance management, including PDPs and performance issues
  • Update and maintain employee handbooks and other HR-related documents
  • Contribute to the recruitment process, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates
  • Provide reports and analytics to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desirable: access to a vehicle for occasional travel
