Zenith Group is a leading independent leasing, fleet management, and vehicle outsourcing business. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Fleet Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emergency roadside and onsite breakdowns for vans, trucks, and trailers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and defects, maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with a network of third-party suppliers and manufacturers to allocate resources and track progress.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all breakdowns and defects, ensuring compliance with service contract obligations and operating requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial and HGV emergency breakdowns, leveraging expertise to drive efficient resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office skills to manage and analyze data, reports, and other documentation.
