About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Controller to join our Commercial division. As a key member of our fleet desk team, you will be responsible for advising stakeholders on vehicle repairs and ensuring accurate information is entered into our internal software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify mechanical problems through effective questioning of customers
  • Enter accurate and sufficient information into internal software systems
  • Maintain records of repairs and service inspections
  • Provide regular updates to customers on repair progress and due service inspections
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong knowledge of LCV and HGV compliance, as well as proven experience in a similar role. Excellent telephone-based customer service skills are essential, and you will also have the opportunity to earn an annual company bonus and enjoy a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, annual leave, and private healthcare.
