Empowering Independence

Dimensions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in the Morley/Churwell area. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young lady with a learning disability and personality disorder in her supported living home.

Daily Living Support

You will provide friendly verbal prompts and support with personal care, medication administration, and household tasks, including cleaning and laundry. Your role will also involve checking on the individual at regular intervals to ensure her safety and providing emotional reassurance if she's wakeful.

Night Support

As a Night Support Worker, you will work alongside a colleague to provide 2:1 support at all times. You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate structures and boundaries, with a sound understanding of risk management to support the individual in reaching her goals.

Specialised Training

Dimensions will provide specialised positive behaviour support and forensic training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to support individuals with complex behavioural, emotional, and/or mental health needs.
