About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Education Advisor to join our team at CareTech Group. As an Education Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our foster parents and children's social workers to provide outstanding educational opportunities for our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate partnership working with local education authorities to overcome obstacles in accessing education services and resources for foster children.
  • Provide guidance on Early Years learning and support the implementation of the Get-a-Lifestyle programme.
  • Work collaboratively with foster parents and social workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience working in an education or early years setting (advantageous).
  • Experience working in the fostering sector or children's social care (advantageous).
  • Valid driving license and right to work in the UK.
