Training Workshops Manager

We are seeking an experienced Training Workshops Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training sessions and workshops to professionals and family carers.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of issues affecting children and adults with learning disabilities and behaviour described as challenging. You will have experience in workshop design, co-production with families, and establishing relationships with external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Co-designing and co-delivering workshops with qualified practitioners and family carers
- Overseeing the delivery of workshops to ensure high-quality, engaging, and accessible content
- Promoting and securing bookings for workshops to generate income
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous individual who can drive forward our programme of workshops. If you have a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
