Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team in Chelmsford. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing our vendor portfolio, driving revenue and profit through sales campaigns, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Portfolio Management: Manage our vendor portfolio to drive revenue and profit through sales campaigns.
  • Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive revenue and profit.
  • Transaction Process: Ensure a smooth transaction process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Account Management: Actively manage existing accounts to drive repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in full solution sales, using consultative sales techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate a dynamic team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and knowledge of the technology industry.
