Bond Williams Limited is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Build Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Instrument Build Technician, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of cutting-edge products, from prototype to commercial instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble sub-assemblies and devices to meet specifications and standards.
- Follow production procedures and maintain accurate manufacturing records.
- Manage stock control and assist with product updates and upgrades.
- Quickly address production quality issues and support technical problem-solving.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- GCSEs in Maths & English; an engineering qualification is a plus.
- Experience in prototype and production environments, with a focus on electromechanical products.
- Hands-on technical skills in mechanical and electronic assembly.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A team player who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and adapts well to challenges.
