Job Description

Piramal Pharma Solutions is a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) of advanced drug development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.

We are expanding with our new 45 million pound facility and have a need for 6 x Manufacturing Technicians to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to defined Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) procedures to manufacture high potency Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC)/Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) products in support of launched products and clinical trial programs.
  • Proactive approach to suite readiness, structured monitoring, line clearance, Bill of Materials (BOM)/stock levels, sample control, and SAP inventory.
  • Adhere to 5S and housekeeping standards to ensure suites are audit-ready at all times.
  • Execute defined procedures to manufacture high potency ADC/API products in support of launched products and clinical trial programs to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
  • Contribute effectively to a team working environment and have the ability and confidence to work on an individual basis within the production team.
  • Update and review plant documentation, from Process Instructions (PI) Sheets to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Have a working knowledge of risk management systems and procedures enabling escalation of deviations as appropriate.
  • Process manufacturing experience, including understanding chemical unit operations and process chemical reaction hazards.
  • Experience working in clean rooms is desirable.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per annum
  • Shift allowance: £5,000 per annum
  • No weekend work
