We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Greenbank Medical Practice. As a GP Partner, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing high-quality patient care in a primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting
- Provide clinical responsibilities, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and visiting patients at home
- Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols
- Provide counselling and health education
- Compile and issue computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions
- Prescribe in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary
- Collect data for audit purposes
