About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Product Specialist to join our Optima Product Management team at RLDatix. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding our Workforce Management solution and ensuring the needs of our markets, specifically UK and Europe, are well articulated and represented within the greater Optima Product Management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customers, competitors, and broader market trends to inform recommendations for product development
  • Define product feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Track and report on product roadmap delivery progress
  • Improve the measurement of customer adoption and return on investment
  • Define product roadmap concepts for consideration as part of annual planning process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the overall achievement of product objectives, including product launch and marketing activities
Requirements
  • Highly organized and driven individual
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Strong product/solution knowledge
  • Possess a passion for collaboration (internal and external)
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience working in an agile software development approach (ideal)
  • Experience in requirements gathering (ideal)
