Job Summary:

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our team. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage and coordinate the schedules of our senior leadership team, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel for our team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
