Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and developing our user base through strong relationships with advisory firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit new advisory firms within Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Work with existing relationships to establish strong partnerships
- Develop and agree strategies and plans for panel of target accounts
- Identify relevant MI to support and grow business plans
- Establish priority accounts and consider time spend vs value
- Agree and deliver appropriate activity levels to deliver conversion rate and sales velocity
- Ensure collaboration and development of target partner accounts within franchise
- Support strategic business plans between Nucleus and partner accounts
- Effective deployment of learnings for Nucleus sale process
- Strategic thinking and ability to utilise data to inform decision making
- Demonstrates ability to negotiate at senior/board level
- Proven track record in developing successful sales relationships
- Excellent planning, time management, and organisation skills
- Adaptability and resilience
