We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Hospitality Operations Manager at the Clayton Hotel Bristol City.

This distinctive establishment features 255 guest accommodations, 7 conference rooms, and a 140-seat dining and bar area.

As the Hospitality Operations Manager, we seek an individual who embodies the uniqueness of our hotel. Role Objective

Reporting to and assisting the General Manager, the Hospitality Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations across all hotel departments, collaborating with the Operations Manager while inspiring and guiding the entire team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic assistance to the General Manager regarding all hotel operations.
  • Directly manage department heads.
  • Ensure that all personnel are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional service.
  • Lead succession planning and foster continuous learning among hotel staff.
  • Guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction within the property.
  • Support the hotel's profitability and effective cost management.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Deputy or Operations Manager role within a large hotel setting.
  • Standards-oriented, particularly in Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong ambition to progress and develop a career in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in people leadership and motivation.
  • Proven track record in nurturing talented employees.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
