Electrical Engineer Opportunity

Randstad Construction & Property is working with a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team in Bolton.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across various sites
  • Emergency lighting testing and monitoring the building management system (BMS)
  • Assisting trades such as joinery, HVAC, and plumbing
  • Finding faults and completing reactive work as required
  • Complying with health and safety legislation and policies
  • Providing a quality service to customers and contract holders

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Formal apprenticeship and trade qualifications in an electrical field
  • City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry
