Maintenance Engineer

Randstad Construction & Property is working with a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their team in Bolton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across various sites
- Emergency lighting testing and monitoring the building management system (BMS)
- Assisting trades such as joinery, HVAC, and plumbing
- Finding faults and completing reactive work as required
- Complying with health and safety legislation and policies
- Providing a quality service to customers and contract holders
Requirements:
- A full UK driving licence
- Formal apprenticeship and trade qualifications in an electrical field
- City & Guilds or equivalent in electrical installations or similar
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
- Experience of working within FM or the building maintenance industry

- Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent position with Monday-Friday working hours
