About the RoleThis is a chance to become a pivotal part of a dynamic team, ensuring the seamless production of essential household goods.
The plant operates within the heavy industrial sector, where cutting-edge technology and traditional expertise converge.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks, collaborating with fellow engineers across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.
- Deliver exceptional electrical engineering support to the production unit, minimising downtime.
- Execute preventative maintenance with diligence and foresight.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, proactively addressing potential risks.
- A recognised engineering apprenticeship (NVQ, BTEC, or C&G) is essential.
- A multi-skilled background with a strong electrical focus.
- A competitive base salary of £42,000 per annum, plus the opportunity for paid overtime.
- A generous holiday allowance of 20 shifts, inclusive of bank holidays, with incremental increases linked to service length.
